How do you unlock "Gladiator's Arena?" - Guild Wars Forums

I heard that you needed 25 win streaks of 10 in Random Arenas... is there any way to unlock it through PvE?

That would be the title, there is no arena. I know it shows in the booklet, but read the Gaile Grey logs.

Yup, there is no galdiotor's arena, only a title. the title is however, across on account and not to a specific character.
